Rosie Mini Restoration

Rosie is owned by me, Andy West and is a 998cc 1974 Mini Auto. She is under the knife - so to speak- at the moment and will be undergoing a full restoration. This page will be updated with images but for a more in depth look into the build please click here for the restoration web site.

The plan for this one is a proper nut and bolt restoration (well, as near as damn it!) exept for the engine which will be replaced. The unit at the moment is a std 998 auto. This will be swapped for a 1330 moded engine and servo assisted disc brakes plus a few other subtle mods.

Again like the Gulf Mini, Minidave will be on hand for his usual mechanical and bodywork skills that's required for such an undertaking.
